Job Summary

Develop and validate manufacturing test readiness by collaborating with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, and program offices. Create Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) with aligned test procedures, partner with test development engineering to improve test hardware/software, and support production testing through troubleshooting and engineering change integration. Perform non-conformance evaluations and root-cause corrective actions, and drive cycle-time, automation, ergonomic risk, and cost-improvement initiatives using CORE data-driven methods.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and resolve test issues.
•Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), including test procedures aligned to product specifications.
•Partner with Test Development Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
•Support production testing: troubleshoot issues, integrate engineering changes, and manage test hardware and test equipment in manufacturing.
•Evaluate non-conforming material and perform root cause and corrective action activities (RCCA), plus lead cycle-time, ergonomic risk reduction, automation, and cost reduction initiatives using CORE.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•2 years of prior Test Engineering experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Theoretical and advanced practical knowledge of RF principles, RF circuits, components, and technical parameters.
•Proficiency interpreting test requirements, schematic diagrams, and technical drawings.
