Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide enterprise overview of storage capabilities and address storage issues by using virtual monitoring tools for performance and capacity reporting.
  • •Design, develop, and install database management systems including modeling, relational architecture, metadata, and configuration management.
  • •Provide customer technical support for NetApp storage and data management solutions, including troubleshooting and guidance on best practices.
  • •Install, set up, and configure NetApp storage systems and software at customer sites, ensuring connectivity with existing infrastructure.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and upgrades (software, patches, firmware), and implement backup/disaster recovery solutions using SnapMirror and SnapVault while monitoring performance and health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 6-9 years (or commensurate) experience.
  • •TS/SCI clearance required; must have current and active U.S. Passport and U.S. Driver's License.
  • •CompTIA Security+ Plus certification.
  • •Demonstrated ability implementing, configuring, and managing end-to-end data center technologies including Cisco networking, VMware compute/virtualization, and NetApp data storage.
  • •Experience with disaster recovery and data protection relationships using NetApp FAS/Hyper-converged infrastructure including SnapMirror and SnapVault.
