Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop new aftermarket opportunities and extend markets for established products.
  • •Implement Gardner Denver Service and Spares programs, including signing service contracts and converting customers to long-term service and maintenance plans.
  • •Drive customer satisfaction using Voice of Customer surveys and resolve complaints/disputes with appropriate follow-up.
  • •Manage and target key accounts proactively in conjunction with local service managers; maintain knowledge of market opportunities.
  • •Support customer service and internal stakeholders, produce weekly/monthly reports, and uphold ISO 9001, Environment Health & Safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a business development role with a hunter mentality.
  • •Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to achieve agreed targets.
  • •Ability to research and make contact with new prospective clients.
  • •Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
