Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the East and Central Africa Parts and Services Division strategy into actionable priorities, growth plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • •Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting opportunities across parts, services, rebuilds, service agreements, upgrades, and productivity solutions.
  • •Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery across field services, workshops, rebuilds, agreements, and technical support, including warranty processes.
  • •Manage financial performance through revenue, gross profit, cost control, working capital, margins, and ongoing budgeting/forecasting and business reviews.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams, strengthening capability through feedback, performance reviews, targeted training, succession planning, and an inclusive environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Commercial Management, or a related field; master’s preferred.
  • •Minimum of eight years of experience in aftermarket sales, service operations, or business/technical management, preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or industrial services.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-country operations and teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of parts, service, maintenance, rebuilds, service agreements, and aftermarket business models.
  • •Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and reporting.
