Job Summary

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and support customer experience by receiving and securing shipped vehicles, preparing title packets, and keeping lots clean and organized. Execute merchandising and photo uploads for CarMax listings, prep vehicles for returns and loaners, and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support. Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements while working in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute photo station process for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.43 - 27.09 hourly

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.

•Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
