Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvement steps
  • •Coach, develop, and provide performance management and feedback to team members
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner with the General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time
