  • •Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform.
  • •Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.
  • •Write detailed product requirements and partner with product engineers and ML teams.
  • •Rapidly validate and prototype ideas with customers and design partners.
  • •Design agent systems and define evaluation/quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • •Launched products from scratch with evidence of driving meaningful customer outcomes.
  • •Experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems that execute workflows and perform meaningful actions autonomously.
  • •Strong technical abilities to work closely with engineering and ML teams, including comfort reading evaluations and prototyping ideas.
