Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive B2B team delivery including sprint planning, grooming, retros, daily discipline, and scope/carry-over control.
  • •Manage the release train with statuses, fix versions, SLAs, release notes, and dependency chasing across teams.
  • •Run inbound intake and triage of feature requests, operational tasks, and data requests; answer requesters and create well-formed tickets.
  • •Perform small discovery to define value, scope, and acceptance criteria from raw requests.
  • •Use Jira (JQL, dashboards, automation rules) and AI-powered automations; log and track retro action items to completion and communicate capabilities/constraints outward (including RFP support).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years managing delivery in web/product companies with distributed teams.
  • •Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall).
  • •Strong technical aptitude across web and mobile technology, development cycles, and API understanding; able to communicate with developers.
  • •Ability to perform discovery (scoping, value, acceptance criteria) and shape raw requests into well-formed tickets.
  • •Fluent English and Russian; experience using AI/LLM tools daily to build automations.
