Job Summary

Lead strategic corporate development and M&A efforts by supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments. Conduct rigorous valuation and business case modeling, synthesize industry research into recommendations, and partner with senior leaders and business units across deal sourcing, diligence, and post-close integration/separation planning. Build deal pipeline insights through market outreach and support executive presentations for decision-making.

•Support growth strategy through identification, assessment, and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
•Conduct research on industry trends and opportunities, synthesizing findings into data-grounded points of view for internal stakeholders.
•Perform analyses including valuation and business case modeling to guide acquisitions and investments.
•Partner with Corporate Development and business unit teams to support strategy development, deal flow, and ongoing pipeline tracking.
•Participate in diligence processes and support post-close integration/separation planning and execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting (preferably with M&A exposure), or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial and valuation analyses.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
