Key Responsibilities

  • •Align SoC and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and balance global priorities.
  • •Coordinate dependencies across functional areas and identify planning gaps to keep the team on track.
  • •Make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, release planning, customers, and industry partners to provide a full view of software.
  • •Propose and develop new project/planning methods and define/track metrics to improve execution efficiency; manage external partner and vendor interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of program management experience delivering software products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Track record balancing short-term delivery against critical timelines with long-term improvements to planning and processes.
  • •Knowledge of SoC, I/O peripherals, or CPU project management.
  • •Background in networking protocols, PCIe, USB, machine learning, or accelerated computing.
