Job Summary

Lead operational reporting analytics by designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for supply chain planning users. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, investigate reporting and data issues, and coordinate delivery based on demand and priorities. Support self-service analytics through the Power User community, drive reporting best practices and continuous improvements, and coordinate UAT for new enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain operational Power BI reports and dashboards using existing data products, semantic models, and SQL queries against Databricks tables and views.
•Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
•Investigate reporting and data issues, identify root causes, resolve where appropriate, and collaborate with Supply Chain Intelligence and Data Domain teams.
•Manage reporting demand by triaging requests, prioritizing work, and coordinating delivery of reporting solutions.
•Support Power User adoption by providing technical guidance, promoting self-service analytics, driving best practices, and coordinating UAT for new reporting solutions.

Key Requirements

•4-year degree required, with emphasis preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business analytics, Business administration, or Information Systems.
•5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role.
•Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including DAX.
•Strong SQL skills for extracting, validating, and analyzing data from enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks); Python is an advantage.
•Understanding of supply chain planning processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or SAP IBP) is preferred.
