Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly/quarterly/annual incentive payout execution using cross-functional inputs including HR rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exception criteria.
  • •Administer the Xactly Incentive Management Platform, including back-end SQL coding.
  • •Partner with sales, finance, and HR to identify business requirements and implement incentive plan strategy.
  • •Develop and distribute incentive performance reporting and work with finance on incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management.
  • •Provide ad-hoc reporting and troubleshooting for account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data; drive automation and system/process enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • •1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferably at a consumer products company.
