Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage OMG’s Telematics initiative for driver and dispatch support across north and south operations.
  • •Serve as the single point of contact, coordinating with vendors, internal IT, and site champions while collecting feedback on development needs.
  • •Troubleshoot software, coordinate updates, and notify users of any maintenance that impacts daily processes.
  • •Oversee hardware maintenance and inventory, including equipment distribution, check-ins, and responses to non-reporting trucks.
  • •Monitor software usage, manage invoices, send HOS violation reports to managers, and keep upper management informed of needed corrective action.
