Job Summary

Support and maintain Airbus Defence and Space training centers and customer facilities by coordinating local support services, handling remote/local technical assistance, spares management, and training device maintenance. Collaborate with Facility Management, Information Management and Training Device Suppliers, while engaging with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization and traveling abroad as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to Airbus Defence and Space Training Centres (internal facilities and customer facilities).
•Support the ITC Support Service Leader and Global Support Services Leader on daily operations and interface with internal/external organizations.
•Manage and execute operational services including remote/local technical support, spares repair/replenishment, obsolescence management and training.
•Set up and deploy training centres support services at internal and customer facilities.
•Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training devices support and travel when required.

Key Requirements

•Educated in Aeronautical and/or Industrial and/or IT Engineering.
•Experience in International Customer Support.
•Experience in Material Management services and/or SAP.
•Experience in Warehouse and Inventory Management.
•Experience in training devices maintenance.
