Line Cook - Restaurant

Prepare food items for service in a high-volume restaurant at the House of Blues venue in Mandalay Bay. Organize and prioritize prep, follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain safety, sanitation, and a clean kitchen environment. Set up stations, complete opening and closing duties, manage food rotation (including lifting up to 150 lbs), and keep grills, ovens, stoves, and work areas hazard-free throughout the shift.
