Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of private investment grade transactions across developed markets, communicating with deal team members and counterparties including analysts, risk, legal, and insurers; external advisors and issuers.
  • •Lead fundamental credit analysis on transactions, providing independent opinions on business, financial, structural risk, and relative value; present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
  • •Lead covenant negotiation and documentation, negotiating pricing, tenor, amortisation, and collateral packages to protect the portfolio; coordinate with legal counsel.
