Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, develop, and build robust solutions that scale R2R, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Projects processes.
  • •Streamline financial decision-making and operational efficiency via analysis, end-to-end process/system flow diagrams, and solution prototyping.
  • •Ensure seamless financial close cycles and system health by applying techno-functional expertise across GL, FA, and Projects, including L3 issue resolution and stability oversight.
  • •Automate financial document processing, journal entries, and intelligent classification using AI/ML pipelines and workflows leveraging Oracle’s agentic AI framework.
  • •Build and maintain real-time integrations and data accuracy using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, observability frameworks, retries, and idempotency controls while ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Fusion Financials with 3+ years in finance software engineering within the Record-to-Report (R2R) track.
  • •Techno-functional expertise in Core Finance, specializing in Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Project Costing, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and General Ledger (GL).
  • •Experience configuring and setting up Oracle Finance modules (GL, FA, Cash Management, Project Costing, SLA) to support business processes.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining BI Publisher (BIP) reports and custom financial reporting/data models.
  • •Hands-on development skills with Java and modern frameworks; plus SQL/PL-SQL for optimizing reports and high-volume processing logic.
