•Open and close retail, corporate, and staff accounts across Mashreqbank branches and departments.
•Open and close loan accounts and manage related processing.
•Handle payroll accounts via bulk upload and ensure accurate data entry.
•Print and activate cheque books for loans, retail, and corporate customers.
•Manage discrepancies with branches and direct sales, track deferrals, and ensure proper approvals.

Key Requirements

•University graduate.
•Excellent command of English.
•Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet).
•Strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
•Ability to prioritize and flexibility to learn and pass on knowledge.
