Lead the development of an omni-channel and digital claims decision science analytics portfolio, establishing foundational measurement and analytics capabilities that accelerate the Claims GenAI strategy. Oversee omni-channel performance analytics, navigation and journey insights, and digital experience measurement. Build and mentor a team, modernize SQL/SAS/BI analytics practices, monitor emerging analytic technologies, and partner cross-functionally across business, technology, product, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

•Monitor and adopt emerging technologies that impact scientific methodologies and quantitative analytics.
•Lead and/or partner with analytics teams to build core analytics capabilities and processes for USAA.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, or Data Science) or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
•5 years of experience in a decision support analytics function (or advanced degree with 4 years in a decision support analytics function).
•3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
•Expert skills in mathematical and statistical techniques to influence business strategy with fact-based decision-making.
•Modern knowledge of data analysis tools and analytics workflows, including SQL, SAS, and BI tools, plus data visualization and industry methods.
