Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the new product SOV testing phase and support pre-production sample execution and handover packages that meet criteria.
  • •Manage the new product D testing phase to enable timely launch to mass production and deliver handover packages meeting criteria.
  • •Collaborate to design and optimize Product Master sprue and provide feedback/recommend changes based on testing results.
  • •Execute process optimization by obtaining parameters, process routing, and tooling based on testing results; ensure related program elements for new products.
  • •Provide work instructions/training, monitor and improve testing processes, and collect/summarize testing results for handover to the Production team; verify standard time and BOM accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing, NPI, production, or process engineering; or 3+ years’ experience in jewelry production.
  • •Good knowledge of jewellery production process.
  • •Understand engineering methodology and improvement techniques.
  • •Analytical/problem-solving skills with good coordination and communication; computer skills such as Microsoft Office.
