Job Summary

Own and scale Anthropic’s AWS co-sell motion across Southern Europe by building the regional GTM playbook from the ground up. Serve as Anthropic’s face to AWS field teams, create and influence joint pipeline, and drive co-selling into enterprise accounts. Partner with sales, partner marketing, product marketing, and global partnerships to align regional execution, run joint customer engagements, and provide market intelligence to shape how frontier AI reaches customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the AWS co-sell and GTM motion across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets.
•Build and maintain trusted executive and field-level relationships across AWS partner and sales organizations in the region.
•Develop and execute joint business plans, co-selling strategies, and enablement programs tailored to Southern European markets.
•Drive pipeline creation, pipeline influence, and revenue through AWS by owning forecasting and regional target attainment.
•Design and run joint customer engagements and lead regional business reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 154,000 - 182,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales within the enterprise technology sector.
•Direct experience partnering with or working inside a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
•Proven ability to build cloud partnerships from zero to one by standing up motions without a large local team or existing playbook.
•Knowledge of the Southern European enterprise landscape and its cloud ecosystem.
•Experience owning pipeline and revenue targets with an understanding of partner and customer economics.
