Job Summary

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for product features and end-to-end user journeys. Lead multiple related projects to align to strategic objectives, manage scope and change, and support acceptance testing and change requests through implementation. Use SQL to interrogate data and contribute guidance across workstreams, while maintaining requirements documentation, project meeting cadence, and milestone status reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Arrange business workshops to manage requirements prioritization, leveraging product knowledge and regulatory reporting exposure.
•Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure program alignment with strategic objectives.
•Coordinate stakeholder discussions to understand and document current-state and future to-be product features and user journey flows.
•Support acceptance testing by reviewing test cases, verifying results, and handling requirement queries.
•Create and maintain requirements documentation, chair project team meetings, and provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues.
