Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain expert knowledge of Cisco’s security product portfolio and real-world security use cases for demo environments.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize demo topologies and demo content using tools like virtual machines, appliances, simulators, and physical hardware.
  • •Maintain and administer Cisco security product environments and partner with NetOps for hardware installation and maintenance.
  • •Drive automation for demo creation and deployment using Python, Terraform, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
  • •Document demo content with accurate technical guides and project plans (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Jira) and lead training labs/presentations for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant professional experience in a technical role.
  • •Hands-on technical expertise across Cisco technologies such as Cisco Security, Networking, Data Center, or Service Provider products (AI/ML and Splunk are desirable).
  • •Self-sufficient project delivery with proven ability to design and develop robust demo solutions.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including producing clear written guides and demonstrating to technical audiences (in person and via video).
