Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety processes and procedures.
  • •Oversee SMS implementation and effectiveness across Flight, Cabin, and IOCC.
  • •Ensure safety reports are risk assessed and followed by corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Conduct safety risk assessments and trend analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Lead safety investigations, manage FDAP and LOSA programs, and promote safety culture through campaigns and internal communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6+ years of aviation experience, including at least 2 years in a safety-related role.
  • •Valid Safety Management System (SMS) certification is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • •Familiarity with GACARs, ICAO SARPs, and IATA standards, with experience in safety investigations, auditing, and risk management.
