Flight Safety Manager

Oversee and enhance safety across Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, and the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) by implementing and continuously improving the Safety Management System (SMS). Lead safety investigations and review reports with corrective and preventive actions, perform risk assessments and trend analysis, and manage safety programs including FDAP and LOSA. Track safety performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs/SOs), collaborate on Evidence-Based Training, and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance.
