Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive studies of customer and non-customer knowledge conducted upstream
  • •Design a tailored territory diagnostic identifying the market and mobility issues and development axes
  • •Analyze the commercial performance of lines
  • •Design and quantify a transport offer meeting the organizer's expectations and territory study issues
  • •Quantify the impact of offer evolutions on traffic and revenue

Key Requirements

  • •Masters/Bac+4/+5 in engineering, geography, transport or business school
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience, including a similar role in public transport
  • •Knowledge of mobility offer design and related issues
  • •Strong data analysis skills
  • •Proficiency in advanced Excel, Access and GIS tools (QGIS)
