Job Summary

Drive business and functional requirements for corporate lending initiatives, acting as the primary point of contact across business stakeholders, delivery squads, and design/development teams. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact to business stakeholders, delivery squads, and design/development teams.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented in epics/user stories.
•Provide lending-space business/functional expertise and support design/development teams with requirement configuration and customization.
•Support delivery by prioritizing and validating requirements across sprints and releases based on business value.
•Prepare training materials/operating manuals and support business users through new system/architecture functionality delivered to clients. “Prepare Training materials/Operating manuals for business users on the overall business flow in the new system/architecture where the functionalities are developed/delivered”

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years as SME/BA in LMS implementations and exposure to corporate lending.
•Demonstrated business/functional expertise in the lending space.
•Experience delivering major corporate lending functionalities, with major contributions in the LOS/LMS space.
•Well-versed in Agile methodologies and ceremonies, including prioritizing and validating requirements with business stakeholders.
•Ability to make decisions on requirements to include in each sprint/release based on delivered business value.
