Key Responsibilities

•Safely load, secure, transport, and offload CarMax vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
•Ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles to support inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
•Operate truck and trailer equipment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.
•Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and CarMax standards.
•Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation while following federal and company safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.2 - 44.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state.
•2+ years of Class A CDL driving experience.
•Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA qualification requirements.
•Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past three years and no preventable safety incidents in the past 2 years.
•Ability to lift heavy objects, operate winches during loading, and operate a 10-speed transmission while working outdoors in varied weather.
