•Develop an AI-first strategy for integrating monetizable value using user JTBD research and pain points.
•Leverage AI tools for deep research and conduct direct user research/interviews to identify unmet needs and delight drivers.
•Create frameworks to evaluate feature integration opportunities by user impact, technical feasibility, and monetization potential.
•Present integration strategy and roadmaps with prioritization, timelines, and monetization recommendations to product and executive stakeholders.

Salary: USD 125,800 - 239,725 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with design-focused mobile and web applications.
•Strong collaboration across cross-functional groups including customers, partners, and colleagues; design or design-systems background is a plus.
•Deep curiosity for user problems and the ability to solve complex system-based issues while shaping product direction.
•A product-led growth mindset with experience running growth experiments and learning quickly to optimize to a metric.
•Excellent analytical and communication skills to synthesize information, make decisions, and present impact to senior leaders.
