Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization across work areas, manage stock rotation and inventory to reduce waste, and follow food safety and sanitation standards. Help ensure ingredients and equipment are ready, assist with plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards, and communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate smooth, timely service.
