Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee regional and project cost control functions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • •Direct development and maintenance of cost control systems and tools for reporting, forecasts, trend analysis, and change management procedures.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and financial teams to monitor and validate cost data, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Produce and present monthly and quarterly cost performance reports to senior leadership, including earned value analysis and key financial indicators.
  • •Supervise advanced cost analysis and scenario modeling; mentor and develop junior cost control personnel across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of cost control or cost engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • •Experience developing and constructing hyperscale data centers or similar mission-critical projects.
  • •Advanced cost management expertise across cost forecasting, variance analysis, change management, and project financial reporting.
  • •Proficiency with cost management software and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Excel; strong communication and presentation skills.
