Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting

Lead SEC reporting and technical accounting for Informa TechTarget, reporting to the Corporate Controller. Own the preparation and filing of 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings, provide GAAP and SEC guidance through technical accounting memos, and manage the SEC reporting calendar with cross-functional stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and help ensure SOX compliance, accuracy, and timely financial reporting.
