Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the project management team with contract administration, including change control, compensation events/variations, and claims support.
  • •Maintain contractual registers (e.g., Early Warning Notices, General Communications, Compensation Events) and track contractual timelines and upcoming deadlines.
  • •Support cost control and financial monitoring across the project lifecycle, including commercial risk registers and identification/tracking of risks, opportunities, and entitlements.
  • •Coordinate with PMO and Project Controls to align commercial data with programme delivery; ensure change impacts reflect in schedules and cost forecasts.
  • •Use tools such as Advanced Excel and Power BI to maintain commercial trackers/registers and produce accurate commercial reporting outputs, participating in QA/QC reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •6–10 years of QS / Cost Management / Commercial experience, including UK project exposure.
  • •Experience working in a professional services / infrastructure / engineering environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, plus NRM and CESMM measurement standards, and RIBA Stage 0–4 cost planning.
  • •Proficiency in advanced Excel and reporting tools; professional membership/qualification (e.g., RICS, APM) is desirable.
