Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; and order parts to diagnose issues faster.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing and maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Use technology (laptops/tablets) comfortably and maintain complete, timely electronic paperwork/work orders daily.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment plus an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Prefer trade school certificate and/or experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10 panel drug screen.
