Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, monitor, inspect, coordinate, and perform quality control of mechanical construction activities in the Smart City development.
  • •Supervise HVAC, ventilation, mechanical utilities, and associated systems, including pumps, tanks, mechanical equipment, and pipework.
  • •Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, calculations, and technical submissions; ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • •Monitor installation, testing, flushing, balancing, pressure testing, commissioning, and witness related activities; review O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
  • •Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and civil works; identify technical issues and support resolution with the contractor and design team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in construction supervision and 15 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in Smart City, infrastructure, large-scale development, or technology-enabled infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East/GCC region.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong communication, planning, and attention to detail.
