Support the day-to-day Backoffice team at AZ Direct in the insurance business. You’ll take on independent responsibilities and help with real work across areas such as customer contact, processes, and claims handling, with exposure to data analysis as well. The role offers flexibility for your study schedule (15 or 20 hours per week), includes your own laptop, and lets you learn different parts of the organization.
