Sales & Service Manager - Michigan Avenue

Lead and develop the in-store Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales targets, and translate ALO’s guiding principles into day-to-day store operations. Partner with the GM to identify opportunities, coach staff, manage budgets and schedules, and represent the store in cross-functional activities to ensure operational excellence and brand alignment.
