Job Summary

Support the sales organization as a customer/partner-facing Solutions Engineer, providing technical knowledge and expertise on F5 solutions. Partner with the Sales Account Manager to help achieve sales targets by articulating product value, delivering solution presentations/demos and proof of concepts, and identifying technical decision makers. Drive customer success across the life cycle while collaborating with internal technical and sales teams to share best practices and updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales team with technical skills and knowledge of F5 solutions.
•Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and value proposition aligned to customer business objectives.
•Deliver technical expertise via sales presentations, solution designs/demonstrations, and proof of concepts (in-person/virtual).
•Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structure, driving the sales process with the Account Manager.
•Provide customer service through the customer life cycle and collaborate with internal technical/sales resources to share updates and best practices.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related industry experience.
•2+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Ability to provide technical expertise in customer/partner engagements.
•Familiarity/experience with F5 or similar industry solution deployment (a plus).
•Relevant certifications (a plus).
