Job Summary

Work with customers to identify complex needs on-site and drive solutions through implementation. Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance, evaluate new technologies/features, and execute customer-site ß-sites, demos, and technical reviews. Provide technical direction to recycle cleaning vendors, collaborate with BU/FSO/Sales on chamber performance, and support customer sites and vendor operations with up to 20% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify complex customer site problems and needs across the solution work cycle until implementation.
•Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
•Evaluate new technologies/features and execute ß-sites, demonstrations, and customer demo activities.
•Create methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications and transfer new capabilities to customer application support teams.
•Support recycle cleaning technical support under the TKM/SA contract and coordinate chamber performance issues with BU/FSO/Sales, including vendor technical direction and technical documentation creation.

•Hands-on knowledge of at least one tool type, preferably MDP/DSM chambers or Display tools (PSE/CE/TPS).
•Ability to lead recipe creation to optimize system performance.
•Experience executing ß-sites evaluations and demos at customer sites.
•Ability to analyze and solve straightforward technical problems using technical experience and judgment.
•Ability to provide technical direction to a local recycle vendor to ensure capability, quality, and compliance with specifications.
