Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily training operational activities in the DC, including managing training requests and facilitating classroom and on-the-job training.
  • •Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with DC associates to support their development.
  • •Train, cross-train, or re-train Training Ambassadors, associates, and frontline leaders using classroom, On-the-Job (OJT), and PIT practical training methods.
  • •Monitor training request intake and assist with scheduling and recording training completion within the DC.
  • •Promote food safety and quality through training and development activities and provide feedback to support growth; conduct DC tours for new associates and frontline leaders.
