Operations Trainer

Oversee daily training operations in the distribution center, supporting associates through classroom and on-the-job training and one-on-one coaching. Manage training requests, schedule and record training completion, and help with internal change management for new products or process improvements. Promote a safety-first culture by delivering Powered Industrial Equipment and OSHA-aligned training. Collaborate with cross-functional DC teams, provide feedback to trainers and associates, and conduct DC tours for new leaders.
