Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and implement strategies and plans to deliver environmental management systems and practices across all tiers of the global supply chain.
  • •Lead development of environmental and resource management strategies and sustainable manufacturing programs, partnering with sustainability and business experts.
  • •Engage global stakeholders to integrate and align environmental program requirements with broader company business practices.
  • •Advise sourcing leaders on delivery of the environmental program and develop joint strategies to address regulatory and environmental risks with the Environmental Assurance team.
  • •Develop and coach the team, including training needs for internal teams and suppliers, and ensure compliance with responsible sourcing policies and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Product development and/or sourcing operations relevant experience.
  • •Strong business acumen and understanding of current and emerging global environmental sustainability topics.
  • •Well-versed in manufacturing operations, product development, and supply chain environmental sustainability.
  • •Strong influencing and communication skills for engaging global internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong ability leading multidimensional teams and building succession plans.
