Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute demand planning for Make components, with primary focus on Tool & Die and CNC Machine Shop part flow.
  • •Monitor and track bill of materials in MRP systems to ensure on-time assemblies.
  • •Execute purchasing transactions by issuing purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • •Maintain product master data and ensure MRP/ERP data remains clean and accurate; assist with resolution of incorrect system data.
  • •Communicate component/tool status and estimated completion dates weekly; coordinate preventative maintenance, new build activities, and off-site processing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or administrative environment
  • •2+ years of professional manufacturing scheduling or coordinating experience
  • •2+ years of practical experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment
  • •Experience navigating multitier bill of materials and work orders (preferred)
