Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end proposal activities, including market/competitive research, proposal strategy, and proposal document creation.
  • •Develop project plans and manage project quality, cost, and schedule (QCD) to drive successful outcomes.
  • •Build and deepen relationships with executive-level and department-leader clients to uncover issues and create new business opportunities.
  • •Facilitate important meetings and workshops to help solve complex problems.
  • •Design and implement solutions, supporting rollout and creating roadmaps to drive adoption and stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of practical experience in IT consulting, system planning/implementation, or project management at a consulting firm, SIer, or business company.
  • •Experience leading members as a project leader or team leader.
  • •Strong logical thinking, hypothesis building, and problem-solving ability.
  • •High communication and presentation skills to discuss effectively with senior client management.
  • •Domain expertise in areas such as IT strategy, business reform (BPR), DX promotion, or ERP implementation.
