Key Responsibilities

  • •Help identify roles across Paradigm’s portfolio that align with candidates’ backgrounds and interests
  • •Collaborate with Paradigm’s talent team to map candidates to opportunities within four product categories (DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, arts/culture, ecosystem development)
  • •Communicate opportunities to candidates and gather feedback to refine matches
  • •Coordinate the matching process and keep candidates informed about new roles and developments within the portfolio
  • •Support ongoing relationships with portfolio companies to understand evolving needs and opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in marketing, BD operations, or growth within crypto or related tech sectors
  • •Willingness to explore opportunities across Paradigm’s portfolio and identify suitable roles
  • •Ability to translate background, skills, and interests into portfolio opportunities
  • •Strong written and verbal communication; clear and concise messaging
  • •Interest in frontier technologies and crypto markets, with fast learning aptitude
