Job Summary

Lead global benefits consulting and client services for multinational clients from a hybrid role based in New York, Chicago, or Montreal. Manage international benefits projects, client relationships, and revenue growth while coordinating a multidisciplinary team of consultants. Mentor junior teammates, drive M&A and global rewards initiatives, and deliver proactive, cross-border benefits strategies across multiple locales.

Key Responsibilities

•International consulting: implement consulting assignments including benefit audits, benchmarking, opening for business, M&A, total rewards, governance, risk management, global DC consulting, and other types of Global Benefits client projects with very little direction
•Client relationship management: understand business needs and proficient project management; manage revenue and be fully accountable for client relationship building and management
•Coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of consultants in numerous locations around the world for assigned clients
•Revenue growth: achieve revenue growth goals and expand existing client base through prospecting, cross selling, and opportunity management
•Intellectual capital development and training: participate on task forces and think tanks; train and mentor junior team members in Global Benefits and consulting skills

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (mathematics, finance, economics, or other degrees where quantitative skills are required is an advantage)
•A minimum of 6 to 8 years of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm
•Solid understanding of international employee benefits; international benefits consulting experience strongly desired
•Strong project management, client relationship management, and revenue growth capabilities
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products
