Job Summary

Executive Underwriter for Allianz Commercial's Natural Resources line in the Americas. Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite new and renewal business including negotiating price, terms and conditions with broker partners while proactively managing capacity, risk appetite and profitability.
•Drive marketing initiatives and build strong, collaborative relationships with brokers by providing excellent customer service, technical knowledge and support.
•Develop creative solutions to clients' problems by collaborating with Risk Consultants, Product Development and Claims.
•Drive and participate in key projects around the business which impact results.
•Assist in developing team members and act as referral point for senior underwriters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,246 - 276,845 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in National Resources underwriting.
•Ability to build and foster relationships internally and with broker partners.
•Outstanding technical skills with the ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources.
•Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
•Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both written and verbally, and persuade stakeholders.
