Job Summary

Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside-sales activities, including community financial literacy events and partner referrals. Manage teller transactions, process consumer loans and bankcard activity from application through closing, and maintain required compliance and risk practices within Financial Center operations.

•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities as directed.
•Process teller transactions and participate in the consumer loan and bankcard process from application through closing, following risk policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
