Job Summary

Serve as a trusted, client-first advisor for individuals and small businesses in a branch setting. Engage clients in both in-person and proactive phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs, recommend tailored solutions, and grow relationships. Meet individual sales and activity goals, open consumer and business accounts, and support branch operations, while ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures. Work Saturdays as directed by management.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering personalized financial wellness guidance.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities in client conversations and make customized recommendations and solutions.
•Meet individual activity and outcome goals, including using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive sales.
•Open and manage consumer and small business accounts and lending products (e.g., checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, document client interactions, and support teller line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience), plus 1+ year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understand consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
