Key Responsibilities

•Display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with Guests and Colleagues
•To display courteous service and assist in maintaining a professional brand image at all times
•To ensure guest satisfaction by following UAE laws and company rules, maintaining safety and hygiene standards and adhering to emergency procedures
•To be responsible for preparing, portioning, and garnishing foods as prescribed by the standard recipes
•To replace the Chef De Partie during absences when required and support the team to achieve department objectives

Key Requirements

•Higher Secondary or equivalent
•1-2 years’ experience in the same role or 2 years’ experience as Commis in a five-star hotel or similar establishment
•Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course
•Strong culinary skills with good pastry knowledge
•Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
