Store Operations Supervisor - Ormonde

Own the day-to-day operations of a dark store, leading and motivating store staff in a fast-paced environment. Oversee the end-to-end order process from receiving through dispatch, manage stock operations (counts, inventory check-in, disposal), and ensure cash management is handled properly. Supervise team shifts, schedule staffing, and report key performance metrics and operational issues to the Operations Manager.
