Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the department’s operational plans and ensure they align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • •Propose governance enhancements for the organizational unit and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • •Design real-estate mechanisms according to assigned duties, and follow up on timely property financial payments and related reports.
  • •Monitor rental price developments for units in the organization’s real-estate portfolio, compare expected vs. received revenues, and prepare monthly portfolio data and reports.
  • •Add and manage real-estate project data in the electronic system, develop unit lists by category, support tenant initiatives, and ensure alignment with information security and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in real estate management or an equivalent qualification.
  • •A diploma certificate with experience in real estate management.
