Job Summary

Support endowments and real estate operations by applying departmental operational plans and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Propose improvements to governance for the unit, develop real-estate processes, and monitor property payments, reporting, and revenue variances. Track rental price changes, prepare monthly portfolio data, and support initiatives for tenant satisfaction. Maintain real estate data in the electronic system, identify investment opportunities, and prepare presentations and internal workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement the department’s operational plans and ensure they align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
•Propose governance enhancements for the organizational unit and ensure compliance with established standards.
•Design real-estate mechanisms according to assigned duties, and follow up on timely property financial payments and related reports.
•Monitor rental price developments for units in the organization’s real-estate portfolio, compare expected vs. received revenues, and prepare monthly portfolio data and reports.
•Add and manage real-estate project data in the electronic system, develop unit lists by category, support tenant initiatives, and ensure alignment with information security and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in real estate management or an equivalent qualification.
•A diploma certificate with experience in real estate management.
